ApplicationProcess
After your application, we aim to hear from you within three working days. There is a process depending on the role you are applying for. You always receive a tour for functions in the workshop or factory.
In addition to the tour, there will be an interview with the manager of the relevant department. If possible, we will plan this at the same time. For positions in the office, there is a telephone intake and then a first and second interview. Depending on the position, an assessment may apply. If all parties are enthusiastic, a suitable offer will follow. See the Application Process page
We prefer to receive a CV in chronological order. The last employer at the top. We would also like to see in your CV which training and courses you have completed. If possible, try to limit the resume to one page. The same applies to the motivation letter, ‘less is more’. In the letter, focus on your motivation and reason why you are the one who suits the available role.
It may be that for some vacancies it is mandatory to submit a CV. A motivation letter is always optional. For our organization, we are mainly interested in the person behind the ‘piece of text or CV’.

We prefer to keep our application process as transparent as possible. That is why you will find an overview of what our search for a new colleague looks like on the Application process page.
Our conditions
For people who work in the office it is possible to work flexibly or from home. We like it when everyone is on location, but this is not always necessary. We are happy to think about the possibilities.
In the summer there is a collective business closure of three weeks. In addition, the day after Ascension Day is a mandatory day off. Other days, think of the period between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. New, the first week of the new year, is determined annually.
Based on full-time employment, you are entitled to 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year. A number of days are used collectively.
In our factory and workshop, work is done in day shifts. From 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. The Conservation team may work in two shifts. In that case you change shifts every week. The early shift is from 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM. The late service is from 2:45 PM to 11:30 PM. It is possible to work flexibly at the office.

We attach great importance to personal and professional development. We offer various courses and training to employees. We also believe it is important that employees can realize ambitions within the organization.
We think motivation is the most important thing. It is important to have the right knowledge, this does not necessarily need to be complemented by a degree. Of course, it will depend on the position. Do not hesitate to respond to a vacancy that appeals to you. We are always open to discuss the possibilities with you. We only encourage a course or study to develop yourself further!
