Did you know that Nooteboom is an approved training company?

That’s right! Together with the ROC, we have developed a unique internal training course that offers you the opportunity to work as a welder or mechanic. For various courses, including welding/construction and mechatronics.

Our Vocational Learning Path (BBL) lasts two years and largely takes place at Nooteboom itself. This means that you go to school one day a week and the other four days you gain practical experience in our production. Not only do you get the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, but you also work on real projects in our welding school.

At Nooteboom it is not just about learning technical skills, but also about understanding business rules, collegiality and responsibility. Our welding school is the perfect bridge between school and business.
