Nooteboom is a recognized training company. Nooteboom has developed its own internal training course for welders and mechanics together with the ROC. Nooteboom is a recognized training company for welding/construction and mechatronics courses. The Human Resources department has developed its own internal training course together with the ROC. This 2-year Vocational Learning Path (BBL) for welders and mechanics takes place at Nooteboom itself, where the students go to school 1 day a week. The four remaining working days are devoted to practical work experience and the students participate in production. Nooteboom also has its own welding school where students work on assignments related to the production of a trailer. In addition to the knowledge and skills, the welding school is a nice transition between school and company.
Students learn to adhere to company rules and understand the importance of collegiality and responsibility.
Then you have come to the right place at Nooteboom. We train you under supervision within various departments. Nooteboom pays a salary and reimburses the costs of education. Under supervision, we will train you to become an independent mechanic or welder in our workshop!
