Student
Talent

Nooteboom makes an important contribution to the practice-oriented training of students in higher and secondary technical vocational education.

There is a structural shortage of technical professionals in the Dutch manufacturing industry. Nooteboom does not wait for solutions from the government, but invests in training and people itself. In the Nijmegen region, Nooteboom makes an important contribution to the practice-oriented training of students in higher and secondary technical vocational education. There is intensive cooperation with various training institutes, including the Arnhem Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences (HAN) and the Regional Training Center (ROC).

Nooteboom is also the initiator of the establishment of the Lean Lectorate at HAN and makes a substantial contribution to this.
