Cooperating Foreman Conservation

What will you do?

As Foreman Conservation, you and your team will add color to our trailers. You work in two shifts. One week from 06:00 to 14:45, the other week from 14:45 to 23:30. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating work within the Conservation Department;
• Working as an Industrial Sprayer and/or Blaster;
• Managing and coaching the team;
• Assisting the line coordinator with operational tasks;
• Training and supervising new employees.

• MBO working and thinking level;
